10|11|17 The Andrea Palladio Resolution – House Concurrent Resolution 259, was unanimously passed by the House of Representatives yesterday. It will now be sent to the Senate where .Senator Michael B. Enzi has introduced a version of the Palladio resolution.

Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr., sponsor of the resolution and co-chair of the Italian American Delegation to Congress, in his remarks on the Floor, acknowledged the support of the other co-chair of the Delegation, Rep. Patrick J. Tiberi, and most significantly, the support of the Ambassador of Italy to the United States, Gulio Terzi.

Joe Grano, President of the Constatino Brumidi Society, has been rallying the Italian American community for the last couple of years to support the passage of the Palladio Resolution.
